Incorrect or damaged items
In the event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Sugar Pepper Designs will provide a return shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 3 days or the return becomes invalid. Return labels cannot be reprinted after the 3-day period.
If you are unable to send the item back, notify Sugar Pepper Designs within the 3-day period following the return label being sent.
