Please allow 7 to 10 business days, not including weekends or holidays, for items to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
USA delivery is usually within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk or spam folder, then email us with your full name and order number.
Once a shipment has a tracking number, delivery issues including damage, theft or incorrect delivery location must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
